My Story

Lillya Nashanchik is a transition advisor who supports individuals and families through major life changes after 55, including downsizing, relocation, and complex next chapters. She brings a calm, structured approach that blends strategic clarity with hands-on guidance.

Lillya founded The Next Chapter Concierge after witnessing firsthand how disorienting and isolating major life transitions can be — both for the individuals experiencing them and for the family members trying to help. She recognized a gap: families needed more than a checklist. They needed a steady, trusted presence that could hold space for both the emotional weight and the practical complexity of change.

With a background in organization, family dynamics, and senior care coordination, Lillya brings a rare combination of empathy and structure to every engagement. She understands that behind every move is a person — with a lifetime of stories, relationships, and deeply held values — and she never loses sight of that.
