Reach Out

We're Here to Listen

Whether you're at the very beginning of thinking about a transition, or already in the middle of one — reaching out is the first step. There is no "too early" or "too late" to ask for support.

Lillya responds personally to every inquiry, typically within one business day.

You don't need to have it all figured out before reaching out. That's exactly what we're here for.

Our initial consultation is always complimentary. We'll talk through where you are, what you're facing, and whether we're a good fit to work together — with no commitment required.

Common Questions

Before You Reach Out

How much does it cost to work with you? +

Our initial consultation is always complimentary. Ongoing services are tailored to your specific needs and scope of engagement — we'll discuss all of this together before any commitment is made. We believe in transparent, honest conversations about investment and value from the very first conversation.

What area do you serve? +

We primarily serve clients in the New York metro area, but work with families nationally on planning, family coordination, and long-distance transition projects. If you're unsure whether we can help with your specific situation, just reach out — we'll always point you in the right direction.

Is it too early to reach out? +

Absolutely not. In fact, the families who fare best are almost always the ones who start planning early — before a crisis creates urgency. If you're even beginning to ask questions, that's a perfect time to connect. The earlier we engage, the more options you have.

My parent is resistant to the idea of getting help. Can you still assist? +

This is one of the most common situations we encounter, and it's one we're well equipped to navigate. Resistance usually comes from fear — fear of loss of control, fear of change, fear of what this moment means. Our approach is designed to honor those feelings while gently creating space for open conversation. We never push. We guide.
